it's BACK TO IJ in 4 days!

received loads of cute smses from pat today...haha...she makes my day LESS boring indeed.
bio spa was cranky.it made my left arm hurt like shitt.stupid cork borer.
zsa, chunni, adele and julie aka jules are such nicee ppl.they helped me carry my super heavy laptop around. :)
argh.ive got like a gazillion amount of things to do. lol. and im like still blogging.
was supposed to be like doing my TNC stuff for mr elwin's perusal ydae nite, but ended up chatting with lulu, fuzz wuzz & marie the whole time.
HAHA. my time management skills totally stink.
it seems like i owe SO many ppl favours.
and i shall repay them one by one. :)

soonli is tired! thanks to Huilin for her intense/rigorous guitar practice today.
but i still enjoyed it to the MAX!
it's a miracle how guitar practs manage to put this silly grin on my face.
and did i mentioned how much i *HEART* my present group 1. =)
jenna, li ling and xinlin are SO funny.
and i LURVE "ALWAYS WITH ME" (SPIRITED AWAY OST) which is the song the whole ensemble is playing now in preparation for Open House.
anyways, i'll be uber sadd when guitar pract stops on the 29th of August.
wednesdays and fridays would never be the SAME ever AGAIN without guitar practs.
and this just serves to remind me that promos is around the corner.
i truly wanna be promoted *who doesnt?* so that i can persuade my mum into letting me go to new york with the MEP students.
HAHA! talk about being extra.but WHO CARES! i'll be going to MANHATTAN! Home to spidey-man & co., TRL (total request live) and dudes, it's AMERICA man!

HAHA just recalled an incident that was pretty amusing.
WEDNESDAY EVENING, 5PM, CR 126, Guitar Practice it was BREAK TIME.
couldnt wait to go outside cuz it was fcuking cold in the room.
went out first, followed by jenna.
then jenna hugged me for body warmth.
and then...from the other door..emerged pong pong and ivan.
stuupid pong pong shouted "LES AH!"
and i shouted back "GAYS AH!"
i & jenna are TOTALLY innocent pls.
we are S-T-R-A-I-G-H-T and have strong evidence to prove our innocence.
UNLIKE pong pong.who is a confirmed gay.in my opinion. XD
okks.better go do my PW stuff.it is an act of individual responsibility which i must fulfill.

i totally wasted my national day hols.
and that's an understatement.
im so SCREWED for geog test today! **GLOBALISATION!
may the lord bless me.
HAHA. i get to go home EARLY today. my poor classmates have NAPFA.
just realised my sentences are so NOT LINKED.
anyway, the weekend was simply great.
Germaine's Farewell & MEP concert.
let's talk about germaine's farewell first.
walking into the ij compound once again was such a nostalgic affair.
i recalled those days when after a tiring day of school, i would walk under the familiar sheltered walkway...
seeing ppl wearing their ij uniforms got me thinking...i used to wear that uniform..and the last time i wore it was like 5 months ago...5 long months.
i missed wearing the blouse and pinafore...rather than wearing this *quote from mr elwin* uniform of the colour of baby's puke.
the school was unusually quiet.so i thought that i had made a mistake and germ's party was probably next week cuz when 4/1'06 is around, it is never quiet.
but i continued walking to the AVA room.
and while climbing the stairs, i heard voices, laughter and i knew that i had located them.
although they were inside an enclosed room, their voices are still very much audible which goes to show how *loud* we can be. and honestly, i miss the noise. ppl in co-ed school are SERIOUSLY more subdued in their actions and in their speech.
so i walked into the room, and familiar sights and sounds greeted me.
francoise being the loudest of them all. XD
and then i recalled those days when we had extra night chem lessons with mrs selvam in the AVA room...those days were much fun.indeed.
blasted music. talked. laughed. gossiped.
the BEST part of the party, for me, was actually the part when we were waiting for germaine to arrive and when the room was plunged into darkness.
i sat in a circle with PAT, Q.I.Y.I and francoise (initially)
we gossiped about the ACS(I) freaks. **SLUG BRIGADE* scandals involving ppl we know. and lamenting about how a certain someone we knew and liked had changed...
along the way, more ppl came to join us, like pham, LULU, isabelle, mai...
so it was **the more the merrier**
so germaine finally arrived.
we ate.played games.talked somemore.watched a touching video.
left with lulu and Q.i.Y.i.
haha.we were camwhoring. :)

SUNDAY : MEP CONCERT.
went out with my sis and bro-in-law to have lunch at NEW YORK NEW YORK.
**before this, a totally embarrassing incident occured. only a few ppl noe about it & I WILL NOT BLOG ABOUT IT.NOT AT ALL.actually, come to think of it, it's pretty funny and VERY AMUSING.indeed.it just highlights the point of how my loved ones or rather ppl who have very close blood relations to me are very lame.and so marie says.
binged on pizza,pasta and sausages wrapped with bacon. SUPER SINFUL!
not to mention, marina square and city link mall were INFESTED with tjcians.
then i left to meet adele.
it's amazing how she managed to cram her shawl,her geog notes, her hp and her wallet into this REALLY TINY BAG.super tiny, i tell u.
both of us hadnt got chunni any gifts so we rushed to esplanade.
my dear flower shop was CLOSED. so we bought chocs for her. BRANDED CHOCS! like $11.80 for 4 pieces!
went into the recital studio.
not packed.very few ppl came.
after watching the concert, i guess my favourite instrument would be the PARIMBA!
*chzardas.
the double bassoon girl is damn *chor lor* la.
had fun watching the concert. adele and i nearly burst out laughing when i dropped my hp onto the floor which it then landed with a SUPER LOUD "thump".thanks to the echoey effect of the studio.and everyone stared.and i feigned ignorance. XD
gave chunni her chocs and then HOME SWEET HOME!

i think that im evolving into this HARD & BITTER person.if not, i think i will soon.
ppl are driving me up the wall. and they think that they are the only one with tempers.

jealous & possessive bitches are such pain in the asses.
the most important lesson i think i have learned in tj is that to never criticise ppl.
someone should congratulate me on how "THICK" my PW file is.

my responsibility in the group is NOT to bring the file to and fro everyday and NOT to file in the contents.
the fucking secetary doesnt want to do ANYTHING.
but if all of u can feign ignorance, i can do it as well.
im a PRO at feigning ignorance.
these ppl are bitches and bastards alike.selfish morons and imbeciles.

DUDES OUT THERE! REJOICE! IT'S GONNA BE A LONG WEEKEND!
im so happy that national day falls exactly on a thursday!
THURSDAY <-- my most HATED day of the week! can u imagine 2 periods with TSAI, 2 periods of GP and non-stop lessons till 4pm?!
tuesday was surprisingly quite an exciting day (excluding the 2 hrs which was spent on A level bio spa which kinda went reasonably well, i guess)
i intended to pon chemistry remedial. but of course i didnt in the end.and at least i did learn SOMETHING from it.
went to the library after that to look for jenna.
the library is the only facility in tjc which is not liable to collapse any moment bcuz it's less than a year old.
it has 3 levels.
and i took me quite a while to spot jenna cuz the library was PACKED.
so sat down for an hour trying to study chem and helping li ling and jenna with math.
at 4pm, we left for the mozart room.
it's really amazing how guitar ensemble resembles a BIG family.
we all squeezed into the acoustic guitar room, chatting, laughing and joking.
until someone(i forgot who) asked the mary poppins group to rehearse outside, leaving the menuet group (which im in) inside the room to enjoy AIR-CON!
but eventually, the marry poppins group crammed themselves into the mozart room instead.
at 5.10pm, we went to the audi for a final rehearsal before the actual investiture.
eugene ended in loads of last-minute dynamics and we had to practise A LOT!
went out to buy take-aways with sheryn and li ling at 6.45pm.
ate at the table under LT2 with kathleen, hui shian, shuming aka xiaoming, sheryn, eugene, li ling and xinling
after that, we went up to level 3 to practise again.
HAHA! practise this time was super funny.
eugene was like kinda pissed off with ppl who forgot that we had to retard at bars 4,12 and the last bar but he decided to make a joke out of it and asked us all to repeat 10 times "there are 3 hanging notes in this piece."
in the end, we all burst out laughing and ended up only reciting that phrase twice.
jeffery came over to watch and gave us some advice.
soon it was time to perform, and we did well! XD
it was already 8.30pm then.
so we walked back all the way to the mozart room.
and guess who i saw lurking around in school at such a late hour?! trinity teo jia wei!
tsk tsk.
took our belongings and left our guitars in the cupboards.
exco had to stay back to rehearse for the ndp performance the next day.
went with shuming to the audi to watch the remaining parts of the investiture.
then went home to do EOM.
HAHA!
ndp performance yesterday was nice.
haha.
concert was quite a blast! but i still miss mass though.
ndp celebrations doesnt seem at all the same without mass.
the drama club perf was hilarious.
guitar perf was great!
and the best part was...they ended off the celebrations with mass dance!
haha.
was dancing and laughing all the way... :)
