after enduring a day of TSAI, u should be glad that im still alive and able to blog.
kudos to myself for having the willpower to survive her monotonous teaching and hounding. with the help of sourpower gummies!
im like on a all-time-high over high school musical.
not the prequel of course but the sequel.
argh.why must disney channel air the premiere in SEPTEMBER!

ppl in US already watch hairspray like 2 weeks ago and i have to WAIT till 23rd August to watch it...

FRIDAY THE 13TH.
A DAY OF EMBARRASSMENT AND SOUL-DETACHMENT. the day started off on a wrong note.
i had to wake up EXTRA EARLY so as to be able to send my sister to school on time.
so i reached school at 6.40am.
goshh. that's like super duper early.
plus i had along with me my guitar and the bloody PW file that i believe has been cursed with the "un-thickening and forever thinning" spell.
was doing my GP articles. on eating disorders and stick-thin models.
THEN THE EMBARRASSING MOMENT ARRIVED.
OK LUH. NOT AT THIS INSTANT, BUT A LIL WHILE AFTER THAT.
so charisse came, and accompanied me up to the Music Block to dump my guitar into the guitar room.
realised that it was unusually quiet.
there was no one.
and the door was locked.
then HE arrived. AND TOLD ME THAT THERE WASNT ANY GUITAR TODAY AND THAT MOON ALREADY TOLD US BEFOREHAND THAT THERE WASNT ANY GUITAR PRACTICE TODAY.
OF ALL PPL, IT HAD TO BE HIM!
WHY HIM?!
then, as usual, i cursed rather unglamourously and stalked off.
i felt so stuupid.
but the taunts from charisse and jenna cheered me up instead of making me feel even more stuupid.
and i gladly asked chunni to help me carry the guitar for most parts of the day.

was rushing through GP articles and geog assignment during PE.
guan wei and jian hui make an unusual pair indeed.
guan wei sprained his ankle rather badly and jian hui has a toe infection.
so the PE teacher cracked a rather lame joke about how jian hui kicked guan wei's ankle while both of them had a fight and thus resulting in a sprained ankle and an injured foot.
how funny. *sense the sacarsm
was bored to tears during ALL the lessons.
dozed off during elwin's tutorial.his monotonous voice lulls me quite easily into slumber.
bio lecture, in my opinion, is a complete waste of time, and so is the subject itself for the matter.
during bio lecture, i spent some time reflecting.
thoughts of failing my sciences during promos, withdrawing from tj, transferring to u-know-where, repeating a year in the arts stream filled my mind.
i was so distraught by such thoughts that i forced myself to sleep.
i think chunni's idea of forcing me to forget and detach myself from u-noe-where might work.
PW meeting was a flop. as usual.
i cant tolerate their sloppiness.
so i and shiyun decided to take matters into our own hands.
left our belongings in school. went opposite to eat lunch. took a bus to temasek primary. met the vice-principal. walked all the way under the hot sun for 45 minutes to Anglican High School.
i enjoyed the walk. HAHA. we were like blasting music along the way and talking about the hilarious DUHH incident that took place yesterday.
i felt so relaxed and at ease during the walk.
i cant help comparing AHS to IJ.
such stark differences.
everything about AHS is so CHINESE. ppl speak chinese anywhere, anytime.
yet in IJ, it's like taboo to speak chinese.
chinese songs are uncool. chinese itself is uncool. (ij's perception)
even the banners in AHS is printed in CHINESE.
that seriously doesnt happen in ij. not in a million years.
and ij is so puny. and sits on a flat land.
haha
AHS sits atop a hill!
took a bus back to TJC.
and both of us felt strange.
YES! WE FELT THAT OUR SOULS WERE DETACHED FROM OUR BODIES!!! EVER HAD THAT FEELING BEFORE?!
IT'S KINDA HARD TO EXPLAIN. IT'S LIKE SUDDENLY EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE UNREAL AND IT'S AS IF WE HAD WALKED INTO THE FUTURE OR SOMETHING. YOU JUST START TO FEEL LIGHT-HEADED AND NOT YOURSELF.
and that's scary.
GP post mortem was A WASTE OF TIME.
im so damn tired.
how i wish i can sleep for a WHOLE DAY!

i just dont treat things seriously.
after so long (ok! 7 months) in tj, i finally begin to appreciate it.
my classmates, my friends, my teachers and guitar ensemble.
guitar is getting less tiring, less boring and more interesting ever since the seniors stepped down. (ok! im being evil! but im just speaking the truth!)
the exco is a fun-loving bunch, especially our president.
i can feel our class gelling a lil bit more together...we probably need more time..but i guess things are indeed working out...
friendships forged in tj : i hope they are everlasting and i so dont want "it" to affect our friendship once again when it is NO LONGER a factor.
i get the occasional guilty pangs when i see miss j and miss tay.
miss tay is the most patient and nicest teacher i ever met.
and i so dont wanna disappoint her.
arghh.im so SLEEPY.
haha.
i can still remember me,xin ling, grace, li ling, sheryn, cherie and gordon experiencing the "mozzie" problem at the stage under LT1 during guitar pract.
we were like all swatting and shrieking...
HAHA.
and i finally killed the mozzie.
im so pro-ded pls.
and xin ling and pong pong had a ghostly encounter in the guitar room
their imagination has indeed gone wild.

Transformers Rawk. hell ya. they do.
the movie was a blast. in my opinion, it was even better than POTC.(bcuz it really kind confused me at times and the ending was disappointing)
at least it exceeded expectations. and it really did prove that movie critics are SO WRONG when they only rated transformers a pathetic 1 and a half stars.
1) it wasnt noisy
2) the sound effects were great! (maybe bcuz i was watching digital)
3) the cgi effects were UBER COOL!
THE ONLY DOWNSIDE ABOUT THE MOVIE?! THE CAST.ESPECIALLY THE MAIN CAST.
shia labeouf's acting was CRAP.
and megan fox had no use in the movie whatsoever, except posing as an eyecandy.
the scene of shia's interaction with his parents was like HUH?!
a waste of time.
wtf.i came to watch this movie because of the action?! and not because of a horny teenager and his concerned parents?!
but on the other hand, josh duhamel really did act and look like a soldier.that's professional acting! (btw josh is fergie's bf)
but heyy, the main thing about this movie wasnt about the cast, but about the Autobots and the Decepticons!
THE AUTOBOTS:
Optimus Prime (Peterbilt truck): The powerful, wise leader of the Autobots, Prime comes to protect humanity from the evil Decepticons.
Bumblebee (1974/2008 Chevrolet Camaro): Bumblebee is an honest and friendly soldier who befriends humanity, namely Sam, in his efforts to find the Allspark. He has difficulty speaking after he was attacked by Megatron and communicates with a radio.
Jazz (Pontiac Solstice): The smallest and feistiest of the Autobots, Jazz is one of Optimus' best warriors, talented at learning new cultures.
Ironhide (GMC Topkick pick-up truck): A tough, weathered soldier, he is always the first in battle. Ironhide is one of Optimus' oldest friends, but has a grittier outlook on life.
Ratchet (Search & Rescue Hummer H2): The medic and scientist, Ratchet has a strong sense of duty to protect life.
THE DECEPTICONS:Megatron (Cybertronian "jet"): The missing Decepticon leader held frozen by Sector 7, Megatron desires power over the Allspark and hates organic lifeforms.
Starscream (F-22 Raptor): Megatron's second-in-command. Megatron and Starscream do not get on well.
Barricade (Saleen-modified Ford Mustang police car) : The Decepticon hunter who masquerades in society as a symbol of the law.
Frenzy (2-speaker CD player, mobile phone): The smallest of the Decepticons, Frenzy attaches to Barricade. His main purpose is spying on humans, but he is still a ferocious fighter, shooting blades disguised as CDs from his chest.
Bonecrusher (Buffalo H Mine-Protected vehicle): A Decepticon warrior who hates all others. He is only subservient to Megatron, whom he fears.
Blackout (MH-53 Pave Low): The largest Decepticon, Blackout is fiercely loyal to Megatron and can fire electromagnetic pulses, making Decepticon attacks easier.
Scorponok (mechanical scorpion): He has a symbiotic relationship with Blackout, hiding within him until he is commanded to kill.
Brawl[14]/Devastator (Modified M1 Abrams): A moody and armed piece of battle fodder.

chevrolet camaro is an awesome car! especially if it's painted yellow and black!
chevrolet camaro 2008 is the protoform of BUMBLEBEE!
the 2 sleekest cars in the movie.
the police force should seriously consider changing their subaru cars to saleen-modified ford mustangs.
it would probably make them look cooler.
