i figured out that since i woke up so EARLY on a sunday morning, i better grab my chance and blog..cuz i will have NIL time to blog for this whole week with guitar concert coming up!

HAHA.i guess marie and i took the opportunity to meet up for tjc choir concert so that we could chat...

the choir concert was gr8...i lurrve the musical!!! *1 short day in the emerald city!

and it came as a SHOCK to know that marie actually knows FELIX and that he's 1/4 jap..

he LOOKS jap btw..with his snow-white skin and all...

saw many ijtp choir girls too...they came to support miss jennifer tham...who is coincidentally the same conductress for tj's choir...

im seriously mad about ACS..it's been 3 years since ive been there, but miraculously, the school hasnt "aged" a single bit...

hope marie's ankle is healing!!! :)

19/5/2007 PRELUDE 27 ---TJC SYMPHONIC BAND

3.30pm
strolled from suntec city all the way to city hall MRT station.

met wong shi yun who then wanted to walk all the way back to suntec city to shop

***murderous thoughts filled my mind at this stage

walked around aimlessly..oggling at things...cursing about their exhorbitant prices...

5pm

was back at HMV located at city link mall.

shi yun was listening to avril's latest album, THE BEST DAMN THING!

while i was hunting for linkin park's latest album MINUTES TO MIDNIGHT and the 2006 movie TRISTAN AND ISOLDE which JAMES FRANCO starred in...

**im so fucking jealous of sophia myles...hmpff

***oh yeahh btw we met some annoying guys at marina square. shi yun was wearing the TJ uniform and we walked past this group of guys, then one of them started shouting "EH TJC AH!" and then the whole group was sniggering away...

bunch of pathetic idiots..

hoped my killer stare did its trick..

ok back to the story...

6pm

was at raffles city..WAITING FOR KONG MENG aka MENGANITE.

and guess what.he didnt pick up his phone..

both of us were speculating that he probably was busy shaving his legs in the bathroom.

HAHA.

met more tjcians...

i recognised charles from my geog class who is coincidentally shi yun's OGL for O2.

***geez the world is indeed small

went downstairs to buy a flower of Hongyu. (at this stage, i still refused to buy flowers for my dad & my dove.)

met a J2 student councillor and his fren there.

***AGAIN. THE WORLD IS SERIOUSLY SMALL.

i had to carry the flower around because i bet if i let shiyun carry it, her rough handling would leave the flower dead or snapped into half in no time at all.

6.30pm

THAI EXPRESS- PINEAPPLE RICE.

yummie!!! wanted to eat my fav fish tunghoon but it could not be made non-spicy..

menganite, chunni and xinjun still havent appeared yet.

AND THEY WANTED TO REACH VCH AT 7PM.

like whoah.

6.50pm

they finally appeared.

three of them were like stuck in the flower shop.

7.05pm
brisk-walked/ran all the way to VCH.

the guys n shi yun had it easy cuz they were wearing sport shoes...

poor me and chunni...

7.15pm

finally reached there & got gr8 seats!

***1 word: MESMERIZED. by a person who is dressed in an all-black outfit with a particular coloured tie.

i always lurrved instrumentals. it's real,solid music.

HYMN TO THE SUN!

chunni was like cutting out "cards" to be stuck onto the flowers.

***im so gonna KILL HER ON MONDAY.

3 of us decided to share the flowers bought for the dove and our dad.

INTERMISSION

***another word: DAZZLED. he's so near, yet so out-of-reach..

Dove "flew" down to chat with us for a while..

and he said something to me which, sadly, i couldnt catch it.hope it wasnt some nasty remark..stuupid DOVE. XD

gave him the pink rose.

and he was like surprised. even more surprised to see the dove icon on it..HAHA.

***good job CHUNNI!

he was like SO nervous bout the stage band thingy later...reassured him that he will be fine...

johnny soon came along

and it was like the whole cat high reunion unfolding before our very eyes.

gave him a semi red,yellowish,pinkish rose.

n he was like saying "how come trinity got the pink one?!"

** i was thinking :"wah lao eh..so unappreciative luhh..giv u rose still like that..."

***too amazed to utter a single word. stunned.

he asked for our opinion bout the performance but as usual i didnt say much...or rather nothing at all...

typical me.

i guess.

then gav hongyu her flower..

the 2nd half was a BLAAST.

the stage band thing was hilarious/comical and i actually want to see it all over again.

i cant even put it into words.

the props, the voice-overs, the acting were just AWESOME.

plus, not forgetting, the stage band itself!

gr8 job guys!!!

all too soon, the band played CANT TAKE MY EYES OFF U.

ke jian (whom i recognised as he was from my OG) was the solo flutist for that particular song and he sorta WOWED the crowd.

i lurrve that song....was dazzled by it...

then the band played the college anthemn. which we all sang along with pride.

for the encore piece, they were particularly show casing the 2 drummers which were awesome...

*****had to fan myself and shi yun continously...and this stuupid menganite was like ???..haiz only girls would be aware of the telltale signs of blooming love..

3 of us are going through the same phase i guess.

although im not really that "into" it...ok..i probably deluding myself...but seeing shiyun..i think she caught it more badly than i did...

BUT I GUESS WE WILL ALL GET OVER IT SOON

BCUZ WE'RE STRONG, WE'RE NOT SELF-DELUSIONAL LIKE MOST GIRLS ARE, WE'RE DOWN-TO-EARTH.

i finally decided that my future husband would have to be musically-inclined as well.

he has to play the saxophone/drums/flute/acoustic guitar and the piano.

**fantasising...

ON A SIDENOTE: CONGRATS TO CHELSEA FOR BEATING MAN UTD 1-0 TO WIN THE FA CUP!
