YAYY!! i Blogged earlier than Marie......... :)
lemme explain to u...
posh lunch = francoise's farewell lunch
it's a specially planned lunch ....
alritey.....letz start the day rolling man.....
7.55amah goon still snoozing away in dreamland wen my bro woke me up.
remembered bout posh lunch and started to the bathroom
took my own sweet time, bcuz i tot that dey wldnt be on time
switched on my phone.
found out that marie, xiuling, szeching and francoise were already there.
*see my shocked expression*
8.15am dashed to the toa payoh NTUC like a mad woman.
forgot shopping list (OOPS!)
bought LOADS OF STUFF, especially BUTTER. *Ham and Cheese*
btw the mini oreos is still unused in my kitchen cabinet!!
9.15am
PAT IS STILL MISSING! (hi-5 with Pat bcuz we were both late!!) :)
waited for Pat at the tp mrt station.
tt blur person aka pat din even realised tt we were standing in front of her -_-"
so she CALLED ME. and den realised tt i was in front of her.
9.30ammade our way home in our uncle's car. my butt bone was pressing onto francoise's thighs.
SORRY FUZZ WUZZ.
reached home like 20 minutes later.. STUPID TRAFFIC JAM LA!
9.50am
started cooking.
francoise started with the cheese cake first.
so she was whisking the batter (man did she put in a lot of energy!)
marie melted the white chocolate. *drools*
dere was a minor disagreement b/w marie and fuzz bout the gelatine.
i was washing strawberries!
xiuling and szeching were peeling tomatoes.
pat was doing something which i din c.
10.10amstrawberries washed! *smile of satisfaction!*
pat and i cut the strawberries together on the same chopping board.
(see my cup of coffee on the table??!! and my knife that i want to kill pat with!!)
szeching and xiuling successfully finished peeling the tomatoes!!
10.30amMe and marie were peeling and cutting the onions! *cries*
Well, marie did cry!
by that time, i was already peeling the potatoes with pat.
I peel the potatoes twice as fast as pat while Francoise peels the potatoes thrice as fast as I do!
SEE, U DO REQUIRE EXPERIENCE IN THE KITCHEN.
Like wad marie saed, we both only go to the kitchen to look for food.
HAHA!
Fuzz was HAMMERING THE CHICKEN BREASTS!
and filling it with loads of HAM AND CHEESE!
Pat was doing something hilarious. She was blending biscuits. and she was making the WHIRRING SOUND. plus she had to melt butter THRICE.
Xiuling and Szeching were digging out the seeds from the tomatoes.
10.50amMashing potatoes is Pat and I's Forte.
Mashing potatoes is a good way of venting one's anger.
haha.
well our mashed potatoes give KFC a run for its money.

COOKING, FRYING, BAKING........

man i tell u it's GOOD.
finally i found a person who like me is a GARLIC FAN....and it's pat.
ok thruout the whole cooking process...
Pat and I were singing "Rain is coming down from the rooftop..."
and i agree with her.. RAIN"S IM COMING IS IRRITATINGLY CATCHY...
Blended the tomato soup.
Baked the chicken in the oven with loads of CHEESE.
Fried the gravy.
Checked on the cheese cake.
Did something fascinating to the strawberries.........
Nothing to do. So took Pictures. HAHA.

we've planned this posh lunch from the day we sat for bio pract (17th Oct)
till now.
it's like 1 Whole Month.
cool huh.
WE RAWK.

So from 2pm onwards,
we were on a train to ORCHARD.
went to john little then to heeren then to wisma atria.
it was LIKE MAD SHOPPING
took neos again. we love the monkey bars, dun we???!
szeching tried on SO MANY DRESSES.
YAYY. and we had fun selecting them
promised pat and szeching we will take a foto together on prom nite
bcuz we are all wearing the same color, only in different shades!
haha

i tink germaine pierced too....cuz she asked me where i pierced mine from
haha
under peer pressure.
it was so fun shopping at orchard todae.
running from shop to shop.
I HOPE SZECHING LOVES HER GOWN!
